We have just finished our Diwali project. We are very grateful to Mrs Daljeet Guran from Strabane Ethnic Community Association(SECA) who taught us about life in India, Rama and Sita, Diwali celebrations, how to make a clay diya and rangoli patterns and our favourite by far, Bollywood dancing. Everyone enjoyed taking part in the celebration in The Alley Theatre, especially the lovelychicken curry with rice and rice bread. We hope you enjoy this video of our performance for our class Assembly.
